Our services are agreed separately
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a contract. Information about services such as Mia AI Receptionist, CRM and AI Agents, Localdesk Books, Books for Subcontractors and AI Growth Consultancy describes what we aim to do and is general.
We provide services to a client only under a separate written agreement for that client, set out in a written proposal that the client approves before any work starts. That agreement sets out the scope, the fees, the ongoing support and the terms that apply, and it takes priority over anything on this website.
Booking a discovery call creates no obligation on either side.
Information, not advice
The content of this website, including the guides, is general information about business workflow, admin and tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR or other regulated advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Localdesk does not currently keep, prepare or correct bookkeeping or accounts for clients.
No promised results
We aim to help businesses win more work and reduce admin, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, such as more customers, more income, faster payment or particular savings. Results depend on your market, your team and how tools are used.
Tools that use artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Where we set one up for you, we agree its limits with you and test it before it is used.

You may use the website for lawful, personal or business purposes. Please do not: misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the tools behind it, copy it automatically at a scale that affects its running, or use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful.
