- You can book Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Before you book
How long is the call?
The call is 30 minutes and is held on Zoom.
When can I book?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm, in UK time. We are closed on Sundays. Please book at least 12 hours ahead.
Is it a sales pitch?
No. The aim is to understand how work comes in and where admin slows you down, then say honestly whether we can help. There is no obligation to go further.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to have a rough idea of where you lose time or enquiries, but we will work that out together.
Will you quote me on the call?
No. Any costs are set out in a written proposal after the assessment, and nothing starts until you approve it.
