It is a 45-minute video call, held on Zoom.
When can I book?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm, in UK time. We are closed on Sundays. Please book at least 12 hours ahead.

Do I get anything in writing afterwards?
If Localdesk is a fit, yes: after the call we send you one personalised Contractor Growth Blueprint & Proposal, setting out what we found and what we recommend. There are no other deliverables. The Contractor Growth Audit is still complimentary, and nothing in it promises a particular result.
Is there a cost for the Contractor Growth Audit?
No. The Contractor Growth Audit is complimentary. For the Contractor Growth System, pricing is set out in a written proposal after your Contractor Growth Audit.
Is it a sales pitch?
No. The aim is to understand how your business handles enquiries and quotes, then say honestly whether Localdesk fits. If it does not, we say so.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to have a rough idea of where enquiries or quotes slip, but we will work that out together.
